Review content:
What is the difference between a good retailer and poor retailer, their return policy. Full refund or in store credit something when you need to return an unwanted item. Target has lost yet another customer to one of the many other great stores in the Appleton Area due to its ability to compete with return policy. Have a fully functional Kinects for xBox 360. Received it for Christmas, tried it did not like it, attempted to return it and was denied. Shopko, Wal-Mart and Best Buy would have all accepted the return. Guess where my family and I will be shopping for now on…. It will NOT BE Target.
