Review content:
As a busy Real Estate Broker, I rely on dependable and quality transportation at all times. Cadillac has never let me down. A large part of the dependability equation is the sales, technical and support staff at Vic Alfonso Cadillac in Portland, Oregon. They have successfully served me, my family, my associates and friends for over fifteen years. Therefore, I am astounded to read the several negative reviews; the one praising Debbie in Service is more consistent with my experiences (i.e., staff members Brent and Ada Lou). Reference the Sales Rep who was no longer part of the Sales staff, I presume that is a case of cause and effect...the person most likely did not meet Vic Alfonso's quality standards and was let go. Similarly, the rude comments about members of the Alfonso family are 180 degrees apart from my personal experiences. I can generally avail myself of any automotive product, but I will stick with Cadillac for it's well-deserved reputation, and I will stick with the Vic Alfonso Cadillac dealership for their well-deserved quality reputation.
