Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and seemed eager to help. Michael Wykoff approached us as we wandered around the lot Friday evening in a pleasant manner and offered his assistance. He was very knowledgeable about the Nissan model we showed an interest in. He was eager to let us see the cars available and clarify the differences between each one. Mike was thorough in helping us get the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Mike contacted us the day after our purchase and met with us to go over the various features of the car. He is a young man and very willing to do the job as it should be done! Pinnacle Nissan is fortunated to have him as an associates.
