I am writing to change my opinion of Bell Honda and it's sales staff. My first rating of this transaction was a very bad one due to my experience with the financial department. This problem has since been resolved due, in fact, from the help I received from the sales manager, Robert Motz. Because of his sincere care and concern regarding my issues with the financial end of this deal, he very quickly and efficiently resolved my problems, completely to my satisfaction and understanding. He found that my issues were also expressed by other customers and took care of them immediately. I was overwhelmed by how quickly all of this was done. His help meant everything. This was my fifth Honda purchase and I will continue any future purchases at Bell Honda. My experience in dealing with Cameron and Robbie was nothing short of great and I hope they will continue working with me in the future. I would highly recommend Bell Honda to anyone looking to buy a new Honda.
