on the first lesson the instructor coerced my daughter into combing 2 lessons that i refused to pay for. as the lessons continued, my daughter tells me how cool the instructor is because he's listening to the latest songs and singing as they are driving. out the blue, they send another instructor because her regular one didn't show. my daughter said he was terrible and he didn't have anything nice to say about her regular instructor. i had to call the office a couple of times, and got nothing but rudeness. i would be in the middle of venting, and the next thing i would hear is silence, and then another voice asking what can i do for you. on the day of the test, her regular instructor got another job, so the replacement was 20 minutes late and had the nerves to have her pull over to a store so he could get something to eat. the old instructor stressed the only thing she would need on the day of the test was her 5hr certificate and permit which was not true. so my daughter was this much from rescheduling, but they were able to do something about it. i was going to have her go back to take highway lessons, but i would rather her lose her license b/4 she goes back to that incompetent place. last but not least, if i had known they used cars over 15 years old i would have never used them in the first place. my daughter asked how do you put the car in drive, not noticing the shift was on the steering wheel.
