I compared a few companies before I chose Top Fairfax Movers. Then I narrowed it down to two companies with similar, very reasonable rates. The "other" company lost my business because of the curt telephone representative. Top Fairfax Movers was professional and FRIENDLY at EVERY interaction, both on the telephone and in person. Love that.
Workers showed up a wee bit late, but called to let us know, which makes it OK in my book. They wore the company shirts, introduced themselves, shook hands, and smiled. Perfect. I hate doing business with people who seem indifferent.
They worked very hard, non-stop, for three hours. Polite the whole time. Did everything as they were asked. I could not say one bad thing.
