After dealing with Global, United Roswell is like a breath of fresh air! It is difficult to get the service people on the phone when I call, but they usually call back in a reasonable amount of time. They always offer me coffee/bagels when I arrive to drop my car off for service, and though they don't always have a loaner for me, they are more than willing to drive me to and pick me up from work when my car has to stay for service or rent me a vehicle if they cannot.
