Disappointed would be how I would describe my cut and color. Hated the cut (what there was to it) - I ended up having wings for bangs. And they did an all over highlight which damaged the underside of my hair - now I get a huge rat on the underside where there is a big streak of color - who sees that color? no one unless you plan to wear your hair up. I have had many different stylists and they have suggested that you not do that for just that reason. Also they pushed product on me which I was told had protein in it (cause I asked if it did) which it did not.
