I was referred to Ahmadshahi & Associates through a friend. Mr. Ahmadshahi met me regarding a contract that I needed to give to the customers. Although I thought I knew what should be in a contract, Ahmadshahi brought a lot more to the conversation. He drafted a contract that protects me personally but it is also one I do not feel intimidated using. His pricing was reasonable and he delivered the contract within the time frame promised. I have availed the services of other lawyers in the past in California but this was a much better experience.
