The park is nice, however be aware that Hitler's son manages the place. They play favorites with tennants, watches you like you are going to do something wrong, have ""spy's"" reporting back to them, poke their nose into your personal business. \r

An previous employee's dog got pregnant, she didnt know until the dog went into labor. They told her to get rid of the puppies because you cant breed animals on site. What was she to do, drown them? They fired her and gave her a short period of time to leave.\r

I know of at least 10 people in the last year that have or want to move because of this. He is underhanded and can be unethical. A friend had a grandson visit and help her out and they found out he was there visting (not living) and told her he cant visit because he is a non violent felon. (did a small thing, not related to women, violence or illegal substances) and no one can visit without a back ground check if they visit on a regular basis. When she decided to leave because of this they called around to other RV parks to warn them about her and her grandson that cause trouble. He was NEVER anything but polite and nice to anyone he came across. Never trouble, but that is what they told the other RV park she was headed to.
Pros: pool, hot tub, grounds nice, duck pond
Cons: the manager, favortism, nosy body, a bit spendy, doesnt like to spend money to maintain roads when it snows
