I called Specialty Auto Care when the employees at Jiffy Lube said I needed a new starter asap, and they couldn't do it for me. I had my brakes done there a couple years ago, and was happy with their service and price. Larry said I could bring my car right in. By the time Jiffy Lube was done with my oil change, my car wouldn't start! I called Larry back and said I'ld be in, but it might be awhile since I'ld have to get a tow from Lake City. He recommended a tow company and their driver was nearby so I didn't have to wait long. The tow company gave me a discount because of my referral and added their charge to my bill at Specialty Auto Care so I only had to pay once. Specialty Auto replaced my starter--which had broken in half!--and fully inspected my car, for free, to advise what other maintenance I will need soon(hopefully I will avoid the tow in the future, by keeping up on maintenance). I appreciated their helpfulness, kindness, and good judgement.
