Fair to good 11/21/2013

I was in the process of leaving the States, so I used iStorage Moreno Valley for almost three years. It was a good experience as far as having a storage unit. Everything was safe and seemed secure. I never had a problem. The unit was clean. I wish it could have stayed open later, but I worked around their schedule. The customer service was fair. I'm kind of a fixed type of person, so when it changed from the previous type of storage to iStorage it was kind of a change for me. But overall I would recommend their service. more

They auctioned off my stuff 11/13/2013

I stored my stuff at iStorage and I got behind on my payments. When I called, the woman I talked to ask if I could come pick the stuff up and I couldn't because I was in the hospital. I told them I could pay for half but they wouldn't let me pay in installments and wanted the whole payment. They ended up auctioning my stuff off which included important things of mine like medicine that was stored there. I had been using them for almost three years. My sister also stored stuff with them and she was able to make her payments in installments when she got behind. I also didn't realize until later that they had taken some stuff out of there before they were supposed to. They had taken out a lot of the books I had stored there. more

No bad experiences with these guys 9/27/2013

I have been using iStorage Moreno Valley for several years now. The staff has great customer service skills. The manager there is just wonderful and very experienced. The units are secured, nice, and clean. My experience overall had been very good, and I would absolutely recommend them. more

A very nice place to store your belongings and things. 9/11/2013

I like iStorage Moreno Valley; I like the storage facility. My space is nice and clean and they play music and stuff down the hall. They were really nice when I came in. I've been there for two months now. I'd tell anyone they'd like it. All of the employees are really friendly and helpful. more

The customer service at iStorage Moreno Valley is immaculate. Every time I come in, they always acknowledge me. They're all very friendly and helpful. They will always answer any questions that I have. The facilities are always very clean. The location is perfect, and everything about them really works for me right now. more

Customer Service does need improvement 8/26/2013

My first and hopefully only experience from a public storage place wasn't a walk in the park. I found this storage place online. It was advertised asd $15 a month. Little did I know, ontop of the $15 a month there were other fees, insurance, minimum of 3 months, i had to purchase a lock from them directly? All these things should have been explained to me prior to me even signing or agreeing to anything? Upon returning from vacation to close out my locker, I was not greeted with the friendliest response. The only person working at the front was on the phone with whom appeared to be another co-worker. Only when i had intrupted her was when she acklowledged me. Needless to say I will not be going back. more

Very, very friendly. Good and courteous service. 8/21/2013

The girls that were working at iStorage Moreno Valley were very friendly. To me, that's pretty awesome. It's easy to get in there and easy to get out. Overall, I really liked it there. I found them online just by looking them up on Google. I've been there about two months. I would tell anyone to go on over there. It's a clean space and they have a lot of room for storage with a lot of different sizes to choose from. I also like that you can drive up and unload if you need to. I haven't really been in the interior units, but the exterior units are really nice. more

Great! Nice, professional staff. Strong locks. 8/14/2013

The young ladies who waited on us at iStorage Moreno Valley were very nice, professional, and businesslike. I liked how it was all set up, too, because I didn't have to go outside in the hot sun to see the storage options like at other places. They showed it to me right there to see the sizes, so I had a better idea of what I wanted. I thought that was so neat! The locks are special and great, too. They make it much harder for a burglar to break into your storage. There's an option to put another one on there if you want, which is really nice. Everything was just fine! I'm glad we were able to get two side-by-side units at iStorage. more
