My mother-in-law absolutely loves Fred's. She's on a first name basis with all of the staff at her local Fred's. Fred's is what I call an upscale dollar general type store. They often have nice home decor items at reasonable prices. Fred's is one of those stores that I have to stop in and browse on a semi-regular basis just to check out the new stock.
