The owner could not have been more rude. After waiting for 70 minutes for my wife's food all she did was make excuses. She commented how she was tired from just getting back in to town; see how busy it is the kitchen is backed up (the restaurant was 50% full); you ordered so much food at least we got the other items on time; well she ordered her meat so well done it takes so much time to cook...It was beyond comical. She was argumentative, confrontational and unapologetic. Clearly they forgot and instead of a simple apology they made excuses. Then when it finally came she slammed it down (the meat was medium rare and under cooked for how it was ordered. It was a simple skirt steak of sorts) and said don't you ever talk to me that way again or you won't be welcomed here again. We were just laughing as you could not have written this story it was so comical.\r \r Needless to say, no one in our party would ever go there again. Over priced, poor quality, slow service, rude ownership. I think that pretty much sums it up. \r \r You don't go to a sushi restaurant in Idaho for the food. You go for the drinks, the good times, the comfortable feel of the restaurant. Unfortunately the food misses and so do the other intangibles. Stay away or you might get yelled at for ordering too much food as well and happily paying your bill.\r \r Left a terrible taste in everyones mouth...There is something wrong with her and she is a bit scary. more

Excellent food, great selection, friendly service, and great ambiance. There is something on the menu for everyone. I like all of the sushi and my personal favorite entree is the miso salmon, it's awesome, as well as most everything else. The atmosphere is excellent for a nice dinner, a romantic dinner, and for a casual dinner you can sit at the sushi bar. The staff is excellent. The four owners of the restaurant work as servers giving it a quaint feeling, like it should be in a town like Hailey. The Chefs are also very nice and it's great to watch them cook at the open kitchen, and you know your food is fresh and the kitchen is clean. Don't miss out on this experience!
