Brau Haus is the best!!!! 5/28/2008

This is no simple wax & tweeze job like those other guys. When I first went to see Zoey, I had typical Asian eyebrows... very sad, sparse, uneven, a bit Eddie Munster-like. Zoey gave my eyebrows a complete overhaul! She reshaped, dyed, waxed, tweezed and trimmed them all in one sitting. It made a huge difference in my appearance! The next day I received a lot of compliments from my co-workers and now a lot of them are going to Zoey too. I haven't gone anywhere else since because Brau Haus is the best!!!!! more

NOBODY DOES IT BETTER! 5/21/2008

My daughter moved from Pennsylvania to Pasadena and was referred to Zoey for waxing services by a co-worker. Even though I had my brows waxed regularly at home, as a treat my daughter made an appointment for me with Zoey when I visited shortly after her move. Three years and many appointments later - only Zoey takes care of my eyebrows. I fly to California regularly and a visit to Zoey is a must! The salon is well-appointed, interesting and a relaxing place to visit. The staff is extremely knowledgable, competent, and friendly. I won't go anywhere else! more

Sooooooo Great! 5/19/2008

I had a my eyebrows done by Ginny. She was soooo nice and totally put me at ease. No snobbiness vibe whatsoever. Zoey also came over to check in on how it was going and there was not one spot of my eyebrow that was not analyzed by Ginny. I have been telling all my female relatives to grow out their eyebrows, so I can take them in. The only slight inconvenience is that it can be hard to find the first time, because the entrance is in an alleyway and the door is pretty non-descript. Other than that, I'm now in love with my eyebrows and Brauhaus! Pros: Ginny, Zoey, Non-Snobby Environment, Great Customer Service, Attention to Detail Cons: Entrance is hard to find the first time. more

Amazing 5/8/2008

AMAZING...... AMAZING..... AMAZING...... Cool edgy urban atmosphere, spa experience with an NYC vibe. I was recovering from a depotched wax job I had recieved at a local nail salon(go figure), Ginny was able to give me shape as well as some great pointers on how to maintain my brows in between visits. BrauHaus has turned eyebrows into an art form. Pros: Always Perfect Cons: A little hard to find more
