Zia's has never disappointed me. I lose myself in the salad with the delicious dressing and the bread sticks take it to the top. My favorite entree is Eggplant Parm - absolutely the best I have ever had. more

I love Zia's!! It is the only place on Delmarva where I can't wait to have spaghetti & meatballs or shrimp scampi. My hubby loves the pizza and baked ziti. Delicious!! The salad is a wonderful starter with the perfect dressing. Getting the idea that I love this restaurant?? more

Last week my family had out-of-town guests and family in for a few days. We called at the last moment for reservations, arrived and we seated immediately. The service was perfect and very attentive, the meals were more than up to your excellent standards and I welcolm this opportunity to congratulate you for another excellent dining experience at Zia's.Did I mention that there were four children in this party? My husband and I had lunch at Zia'a. We had not been there for quite a long while. I must say our meal was very good. We had good service. It has improved since our last visit. We will go back again and soon. more

My husband and I went to Zia's for our 43rd anniversary. We selected Zia's because it the best Italian resturant in Salisbry. The food is delicious. It is a five Star resturant....The staff was great! more

Once a month my girlfriend(s) and I come to Zia's for a relaxing night without the kiddos. We are always greeted by nice young ladies at the hostess area. Very rarely do we ever wait for a booth. Some of the hostesses remember our faces and know exactly were we like to sit. Server are always approaching the table in a timely manner and check back often. The food tastes divine as we often order the same dish, but never having to ask for more salad or breadsticks. Zia's server are quite a treat. And yes, we always save room for the decadent eclair to share around the table. Thanks Zia's for a great GIRLS NIGHT OUT. more

We absolutely love going here for dinner. Salad and bread sticks are amazing. A little stingy on their sauce for spaghetti but waitress will bring more upon request. more

When I dine out I am looking for the entire dining experience. The minimum requirements are good, friendly service, nice atmosphere and great food. At Zia's I always find the aforementioned requirements with extra servings of each! We always enjoy the dining experience at Zia's Pasteria! more

I love so many things about Zia's food....I have for years, and would often choose it to be my birthday celebration location! Just to name a few favorite items.....fresh, buttery garlic breadsticks, yummy, Zia's-homemade salad dressing in a delicious salad with crunchy slivers of almonds, and the ziti - oo, la, la! The sauce and cheese combine with the ziti noodles into a tartness & sweetness that is hard to describe but melts in your mouth! I give Zia's 2 Thumbs Up! more

My birthday celebration 8/13/2011

I was with my family last Saturday at Zia's for my birthday. We had a very nice meal, and a very good waitress. She made sure we were never without salad, breadsticks and our drinks. Even more a surprising, she made sure the children were always happy and had some food to keep them satisfied. We loved our food and surprisingly my song and picture for my big day just capped it off! Thank you Zia's!!!! more
