Zero Minus Plus

I have been a customer of Zero Minus Plus for fifteen years now, and would never go anywhere else for a gift or something I need for my home. I have lived in Los Angeles for 51 years and our city offers many different unique stores to shop for gifts. But I have never found any other store that even comes close to Zero Minus Plus. The merchandise is displayed in a way that is very pleasing to the eye, so that you can easily find what you may be looking for. Every item is unique in it's own way, and there is usually an explanation of the product and the artist that created it. The art of giving is special, and I know when I go to this store, I will find something for the person who has everything. So many of my friends now are loyal shoppers there because of the beautiful gifts they have received. The service is excellent and they gift wrap for every occassion in a way that makes you want to save the packaging. I recently redecorated my home, and my decorator picked almost all my special accessories from there. Not only are they timeless, but they completed my home and made it as special as it could be. What more can I say? Everytime I walk into Zero Minus Plus, I feel special and walk out with a smile on my face. Hope you enjoy the experience as much as I have. more

I love Zero Minus Plus for finding the perfect gift that no one else will have. When I am in a rush the service is superb, the parking great and if you are on the west side is easy to get to. The shop has such a wide range of items to choose from - cards, dishes and glassware, scarves and bags and most unique and beautiful jewelry anywhere. They also do gift wrap so if you are in a hurry you can be in and out with a beautiful gift in no time. And did I mention how nice and helpful the sales staff is? They ask all the right questions to help you find the perfect gift. And the best part... they have a website too! It is the last of a dying breed - a store with wonderful hand picked products and great customer service. You owe it to yourself to have a Zero Minus Plus experience at least once in your life! \r \r The BEST place in LA for truly special gifts for everyone you know! I can spend hours in this store because every time I turn around I find something I want even though I'm supposed to be there getting a gift for someone else. So now I just ask my friends and boyfriend to get me something there. Even my mom gets me gifts here and she lives in NYC!!!!!! \r I've found one-of-a-kind jewlery, t-shirts, wraps, wallets, plates! Zero Minus Plus is the coolest store in LA -probably the coutnty. It's the best reason to go to Fred Segal because you always find something unique. Even the soap and candles are cooler here. Fun baby gifts... awesome books.. funny cards. I've done a lot of traveling and it seems that when I get back to LA, I find stuff at ZMP that is better than the goodies I've dragged back from Europe or Asia. Many of the items have great back stories... things like Good Karma Collection (sterling silver bracelets and necklaces) that donate some profits to charity. The women who work there are cool and creative. They have great ideas. It's a fun place to shop!!!!!! Pros: Great staff -- free parking. Perfect wrapping ! more
