Bad Customer Service and equipment 12/19/2007

I would not put zeo on the top of my list for a company to rent from. There equipment is not up to par. THe customer servise is like a 1. They are not organized at all, when you rent a 12 channel 50ft snake and you get 12 50 ft xlr's to make your own snake you tell me. When it comes to paperwork the don't keep good records. When you get american Dj equipment that doesn't work for a show, that is bad. There are so many other companies out there. When it comes to price sometimes when it is the cheapest it is not worth it. more
