I have used Zelaya Properties LLC Construction Division 3 times in the pasts 5 months. The first time was for a leak from my tub that was dripping down to my lower neighbor's condo. The next was for an electrical outage that turned out to be an HV/AC issue. And the third was for bathroom and kitchen plumbing issues. On all three occasions Zelaya was excellent! The guys who came out were professional and friendly. And they stuck with the problems until they were fixed.\r

I have referred them to two of my neighbors that had them work on their bathrooms. And I also had my mom use them when her house's heater was having issues. Everyone has been very pleased with their work.
