I took my T-100 Toyota truck to Zeigler Transmission and Auto to swap out my old transmission (260,000 miles) for a newer used transmission. Chris was excellent to work with. Due to some difficulties that were out of their control the transmission didn't perform the way it should have. They had it in the shop several additional times over the next several months to get it working properly at no extra charge. I will take my vehicles to Chris again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest opinion with work that is guaranteed. They also provided a courtesy shuttle to and from my house. Thank you Chris. more

Living in a small town can be costly, but after calling and speaking with Ziegler's, telling them what I needed, that I was crunched for time, (only means of transportation) and pretty much asking them to work miracles for me they earned my respect and business. Zeigler Transmission has a quality team that is number one in service in Pendleton. I've been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years; always satisfied. Chris is very patient and helpful with any questions, he often guides me in the right direction when I'm trying to work on a vehicle myself and I hire him when I can't do the job by myself. He has even printed me off a parts diagrams to show me what he worked on, to help explain the fix. He's a very kind, like-able guy and a hard worker. The shop guarantees their work, but its right the first time, so no worries. You can trust these guys, they run an honest business here. You can consider me a loyal customer, you will be too if you give them a chance to serve you. more

I was stranded on I-84 east of Pendleton, OR and had my nephew look online. When he read the ad, I had a feeling. (a good one!!!) \r I called and was greeted by Shawn. He listened to my description of what had happened and said he could help. He asked if he could arrange the tow and asked if I'd be needing a hotel. I said yes to both and he took it from there. \r The tow truck arrived in minutes and loaded my Explorer and then hooked up my trailer. I was moving and loaded. I called the shop and Shawn assured me they would stay open, even though it was closing time.\r The tow company was very fair with me for towing and even took me to my hotel, once we dropped off my truck and trailer.\r The next morning I met Chris. He gave me an estimate after driving the truck and said they would get right on it. They completed the work later that afternoon and I was on the road in just a mere 23 hours from when I first called.\r Shaw was professional, Chris was right on with his diagonosis and estimate and Jeremy, the mechanic did excellent work! From the tow driver to the mechanic that worked on my situation, they were spot on!\r I'd feel confident going back to these guys anytime... I'd recommend them to my family. They were fair on the price, worked efficiently and were ready to handle my situation, even to the extent of having a discount arranged for my lodging. \r \r I feel like I made friends in Pendleton , OR at Zeigler's Transmission... I honestly don't think you will go wrong trusting them with your auto repair needs!
