And I cannot ever get a return customer break on any of the work I have done there. I will Not be coming back to Zechs. Over priced.

Tom and the tech. showed me exactly what is causing the problem. I can now reasonably discuss it with the company that sold me the tires. I am very pleased with the service I get at Zeck's Service Center. more

Battery 11/23/2011

Requested battery installation at last minute and it was provided. It was costly, but that is probably more of a commentary on auto parts pricing than anything else since I wanted a good battery. more

Great service and quality work 11/22/2011

When I brought my recently purchased used vehicle in for inspection, the service manager informed me that it was well overdue for a timing belt change. Zech's was able to schedule the service quickly, loaned me a vehicle to go to work, and had the car completed when I returned as promised. They also cleaned my car. They did a great job and I will be sure to use Zech's in the future. more

Excellent customer service and car care 10/25/2011

A friend recommended Zech's Service Center to me and I was very impressed with both the quality of work and level of service I received. They caught a very serious problem with my late model car, explained the issue and what was needed in great detail, and were able to get it fixed quickly. I really like that they also clean your car for you at no extra charge. I have been to several service centers over the years, and this is the first time I felt that I was getting competent and truly honest service. I highly recommend Zech's Service Center. more

The best car care around 10/12/2011

Zech's provides excellent service everytime I take my car there. I wouldn't go anywhere else because I trust that they will let me know what needs to be done to keep my car running at its best, but they are not pushy about it. My car is always ready on time and clean when I get it back. Yes, they clean the inside of my car! I'm not sure how their prices compare to others in the area, but I never feel they are over charging me. And for the service I get, it isn't worth it to me to look any further. Zech's provides me a ride when I need it, or a loaner car if the job will take more than a day. I recommend Zech's to everyone I know for car care they can trust. more
