After reading some of Dr. Zarb's literature, I was hopeful about him doing some dental work for me. Although I 'm sure he is fairly competent, his general demeanor is unplesant and somewhat cold. If I am going to spend time and money with a dentist, I would prefer someone who is engaging and caring. Perhaps Dr. Zarb just needs to watch a few episodes of Marcus Welby, MD to learn to a better ""chairside manner""
