I took one vehicle in a couple weeks ago. Paid about 265$ for a tint job and it turned out excellent. As a present for a family member, I called to schedule the exact same tint ...

Okay so right off the bat when you walk in there are comfy couches and a huge TV--definately liked considering they harp on their services being done while you wait. more

I just bought a 2011 Lexus IS350 and the guys at Naperville Lexus recommended ZTech to get my windows tinted. I went to ZTech and had a great conversation with a few of the managers that were in the office and they showed me a few tint options and the ceramic was the one i chose for my car. more

AWESOME! 4/12/2011

It is hard to see negative reviews for this business because I had a great experiece. Great staff and very friendly, answered all of my remote starter questions and ended up getting my windows tinted there. Looks great and recommend to anyone else looking to do aftermarket things to their car more

Great business for window tint 4/11/2011

I had my corvette tinted and thought ZTech did a great job. They did the job while I waited too. My wife liked it so much we had her Solara done. Again, another great job. Highly recommend. more

Great place for tint 1/13/2011

I had my Challenger tinted at ZTech and they did a great job. Staff was friendly too. And I personally did like the plasma tv in the waiting room...maybe some people don't like tv. lol more

car tinting 12/16/2010

just had my infiniti done at Ztech Naperville while i waited in there new show room with new couches and a 50"" plasma tv with HD. There tint machine was awesome and the 3M CS FILM is so clear and my car looks great. Great experience and will tell all my friends. more

Avoid this place if you don't want your car to get screwed! 6/21/2010

If you don't want anyone to screw up your car and end up dealing with responsible owner who tries to be an ahole, please avoid this place at all cost. I brought my car in to have all windows tinted. They are the most expensive in the area, and I thought paying higher price will mean better service. I paid $299 for the tint plus $50 to upgrade to ceramic tint. The next most expensive is only $250. I own a very nice car, so I don't mind paying more, hoping that they will do better than other tinting shops. Cons: Bad work quality, bad attitude, bad customer service! more

Reneged on service agreement 5/21/2010

When they were Ziebart I used them to do rust-proofing on 3 cars over the last 12 years. Ziebart required an annual inspection which the warranty and service agreement says there is ""no charge to the customer"" other than vehicle prep which consisted of power washing the underside of the car. They said that if I power washed it, then they would not charge for that. In 2004 they became Z-Tech but sent out a card saying that they would continue to honor Ziebart warranties. Yesterday, they told me they will now charge me $40 to do the annual inspection of each of my cars! I reminded them that I was a customer for 12 years with 3 cars, but evidently the money is more important. I asked if they will still honor the Ziebart warranty and service agreement document. The manager hesitated and then said yes except that the annual inspection is no longer free. One wonders if there was a big bill to fix some rust if they would renege on that as well. Pros: fast Cons: can not trust more

Great window tint on my new Audi-ceramic film!! 3/26/2010

I just had my new Audi tinted at ZTech and I was scheduled for the metallic film and when I went in they had a brand new ceramic film that was $50 more and well worth it. It doesn't mess with any signals like GPS, satellite radio, etc. The film looks amazing, I like the look better than the metallic tint. Really friendly staff too. Great place! Pros: Really nice staff. High quality of work. Directv in showroom more

Great Tint, Unbelievably Steep Price 3/20/2010

I took one vehicle in a couple weeks ago. Paid about 265$ for a tint job and it turned out excellent. As a present for a family member, I called to schedule the exact same tint job for his car, and came to pay for it before the car was dropped off (as it was a gift.) The price was 50 dollars more, and over 300 dollars for a tint is simply absurd. Pros: Quality and Look of Tint Cons: Price more

Great tint with horrible service and a horrible price 12/14/2009

I have a 2004 Pontiac GTO, that is heavily modified. I have a microphone, a radar detector, and a receiver for my remote start hanging by my mirror. Z-tech replaced the tint on my front two windows and put a film on my front window for $350. When they were done they left paper towels in my car, a LOT of fluid on my dash (there was so much fluid it rolled down my dash behind my instrument cluster), all the wires hanging down, the city sticker and school sticker in my front window were ripped to shreds. I called to complain and all they did was ask why I didnt say anything sooner (the owner saw it before I left, he walked me to my car!)!!!! The price was double what anyone else would charge, and they had a 'i dont give a shit' attitude! This is the second time i have been to them, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! Pros: good quality Cons: Bad price, TERRIBLE SERVICE! more
