Bad repair experience with Yost 8/14/2008

Mr. Yost does not stand behind his work. After spending almost as much money on the repair as a new dryer, the repaired part broke fourteen days after the thirty day warranty was up. Yost was not willing to even consider revisiting our home without a substantial charge. I understand what a warranty is, but a good and reputable repairman should offer to make it right. more

Did a fine job repairing my refrigerator, but the price was outrageous. Charged $98 for a thermostat that I looked up on the Internet later and found selling for $11 retail, and that's on top of a $115 labor charge for less than a half-hour of work. If you want to pay top dollar, Yost is your guy! more
