found out this restaurant has been serving shabu shabu in the valley for over 10 yrs, but my friend and i only just discovered it. FINALLY, shabu shabu in the valley (apparently they're the only ones)! the food and setting was pretty average (we had the beef shabu shabu & chicken sukiyaki) -- not anything remarkable, but not too bad either. the price is a little steep -- you can get the same thing for less in j-town, but worth saving the drive time (& gas) if you live in the valley. the wait staff are really friendly & nice. it seemed very much like a neighborhood joint. we went on a tuesday night and the small parking lot behind the restaurant was not full.
Pros: friendly service, location
Cons: price
