Went there last week we had bad experience. Ordered some sushi, the quantity is samll, and fish is very very thin on the sushi. The owner said they have different quantity for one...

Went there last week we had bad experience. Ordered some sushi, the quantity is samll, and fish is very very thin on the sushi. The owner said they have different quantity for one dish (such as: Rainbow roll). Looks like they ues different way for different people which it's not fair for regular customer. Best Kept Secret!! 9/14/2008

I lived in the Dublin area for 15 years and I never knew this restaurant existed until I looked on Citysearch... This place was great! We stopped by here one night after I picked my fiance up at the airport... As it was late, they had actually already shut down the kitchen but they let us in anyways when we told them we just wanted some sushi...\r \r The atmosphere was very casual but nice. Light wood and lots of shoji screens. The sushi was delicious. The staff was very friendly, especially considering we were keeping them late. \r \r Note, though their hours are til 10pm, they have a ""last call"" at 9:30. Pros: Great Sushi, Better Price Cons: None! more

Great sushi for lunch 8/18/2008

I work in Dublin area and only visited the place for lunch. Very fast service, the staff is attentive and the order comes in no time. The selection may not be as extensive as Akai Hana, but what they have is excellent. Prices are very reasonable, $10 for a lunch combo with sushi, soup, salad and green tea. The chef is very personable and greets every customer. The restaurant has a very cosy feeling. This is my regular ""take care of a sushi fix"" place. Yoshi - Great Chef & Great Guy! 7/6/2006

This is the best sushi in town - attested to by the fact that 70% of the patrons are Japanese. Yoshi, owner and chef supervises the whole operation while cavorting with the customers. Very personable - makes everybody feel at home and relaxed. The food is outstanding. I've enjoyed sushi in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Osaka and Tokyo. This is genuine article Americanized just enough to add a bit of jazz to the offering. Prices acceptable. Enjoy the extended saki menu as well. Pros: Yoshi, sushi, saki menu. Cons: As always with sushi - a bit pricy. more

Great Sushi with a Sense of Fun! 5/26/2005

Yoshi is the chef - and he is a master host as well. His food is the best in town, fresh, creative and delicious. His running commentary (in multiple languages) makes the meal all the more fun.
