Why are Yes! reviews on this page? 6/10/2011

So I was looking for an air conditioning company and found a company called Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing on Google Maps. It had 224 reviews with at 4.5 star rating so I clicked on it. What came up was City Search for a company called Air Supply, Inc but when you look at the reviews they are for Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing! Obviously either City Search has made a mistake or Air Supply is trying to benefit from Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing's good name. Either way City Search needs to make sure they are reviewing the correct business! more

The technician was very professional. My original call was to service both the a/c and the furnace, but when tech arrived, said only furnace could be serviced (temps too low to do svc on a/c). Was disappointed that appointment setter didn't explain that, but overall the company was very professional and I would recommend them and/or use them again. more

Yes! called immediately after submitting our request through ServiceMagic. They gave us a two hour time frame, called to confirm and called to let us know the repair man was on his way. Not cheap, but feel that Allen was highly qualified and he spent about an hour fixing our heating system. It is running the way it should now and we have heat! more

These guys rock 6/1/2011

These guys rock. Not only did they perform the serivce I needed on my HVAC units, they went above and beyond when they found other items and did not charge me to put it right. The service technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will not be using anyone else but these guys in the future. more

I cringed when my downstairs A/C went out. Immediately, I thought it was going to cost thousands of dollars. I am not that lucky! Well this was my lucky day!! The tech was clean, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the repair and gave me an estimate. He was not pushy but merely presented the objective data. I agreed to the repair and my unit was working within minutes. The repair including the bad capacitor, seasonal system service for both units, and a replacement capacitor for the other unit was only $398.00. I replaced the other unit’s capacitor due to a low reading and a moderate-to-high probably of failure within the next year or two. I would recommend Yes! A/C without any reservations. they did an excellent job on cleaning the ducts. They were quick, clean and very efficient in performing this job. As a matter of fact, another air conditioning service person came in later to check the air conditioner and commented on how clean the ducts were. We are very pleased with the service! more
