Food is excellent! A tantalizing menu of tapas-like portions that are hard to stop ordering because they're just so yummy ~ ambience very chic and cute ~ adorable outdoor patio, inside is intimate and cozy. Yatai is definitely worth checking out with friends or on a date~ more

Great spot. Classy interior decor. Food is very tasty. Very interesting to note that it doesn't cater to a particular Asian heritage, but rather serves drinks and meals from the Asian continent in general. Great ambiance and friendly staff. Definitely a spot to drop in on while on the Sunset Strip. Definitely give it a thumbs up. more

Great Asian Tapas!! 6/27/2006

It is very cute place. The Patio is very relaxing and the inside of the restaurant has very cool vibe. The food is excellent also. The menu has very interesting variety of the food from all over the asian countries... Highly recommended for romantic date, too! more

Unique food. Great location and atmosphere. 6/26/2006

My friend and I stumbled onto Yatai while we were out on the Sunset Strip one night. It was amazing we even found it. Apparently, it's brand new. It has a very discreet storefront which lends itself to being quite cozy, comfortable, and private. The food turned out to be really great! It's basically a tapas style menu with food from nearly every corner of Asia. Great wine list. It was an excellent dining experience and I think the best part about it is that it's in the heart of the strip but, because of its stealthy location, there are no precocious Ferraris parked in front! Definitely the kind of place that I could become ""a regular."" more

I was great experience to be. It's cozy great Asian chic atmosphere. \r All kinds small portion of dishes I could try so many never get bored of food! \r As you know so many restaurants serve huge portion of food so you never try any others! This place is not like that!!! Share with friends is one of Asian Style too! \r Great food, great service, great music, great atmosphere! This is one of kind hiding place.\r \r more
