I would highly recommend Dr. Yang to all patients. Her staff is great and makes you feel very comfortable, even for people nervous about going to the dentist like myself. I've gotten to know her staff, Malou and Karen, and they are great workers and always extremely nice. I've had a few cavities filled, a couple teeth taken out, and had cleanings regularly ever since I started seeing Dr. Yang about 4 years ago. All the procedures were done without pain or discomfort. She checked up on me to see how I was doing because she knew I was a little bit nervous. Her manners are impeccable, and I can't forget to mention how beautiful her office looks. One of the things I love about Dr. Yang is that she let's you bring your iPod and gives you headphones to listen to music while she does the procedures. That makes those noises that have shied me away from going to the dentist in the past much better. If I'm listening my music, those noises seem nearly non-existent. Also, if you don't have an iPod or CD player, she has a CD player in the office with all kinds of music for you to listen to. She's got classic, country-western, rock, oldies, new music, and more. I'm sure that any patient would find some kind of music that he or she likes to listen to. Again, I would definitely recommend her to any patients of any age. She really cares about her patients, and she's the first dentist I've gone to where she does all the cleanings instead of a dental hygienist. more

I have been seeing Dr Yang for several years now and I aM not only a dental chicken but believe I have dental PTSD. This is the only among many dentist throughout the years who has alway made sure that I was OK and was willing to stop work when my PTSD came up. And calm me down. I have been seeing Dr. Yang since 2003 and absolutely love her - I drive to Santa Monica from Silverlake in TRAFFIC to see her - this is a testament to how great she is.... My husband has had a few bad experiences with American dentists, but took to Dr. Yang right away. At one time she was teaching at the USC Dental School (I think in 2003/2003) and I am not sure if she is still doing that or not. It is so hard to find a good doctor, vet, dentist, mechanic in Los Angeles - so trust me when I say you no longer have to hunt for a dentist - Dr. Yang is the best! Dr Yang has a beautiful new office in Santa Monica, with parking!!! Dr Yang is a great dentist who takes the extra time with her patients. She is doing my veneers and has walked me through the whole process, carefully explaining everything she is going to do before she does it, and always checking to make sure I was comfortable. I interviewed several dentists about having veneers done and she was the only one that gave me her honest professional opinion. I highly recommend her, you won't be sorry! more
