If i had a choice I would not use excel. They have awful customer service and are not willing to work with you on anything. If you are a day late, their system knocks you off the payment plan; but yet they won't even allow you to change your due date. They have the due date very early in the month, and at times it is impossible to get the payment in on time. I would not recommend excel to anyone. If you have a choice on gas/electric companies, do not pick excel.
