Editorial review from Citysearch 2/20/2013

I bought a car from the Milwaukee Auto Auction through this dealership. The gentleman I worked with, Jim, was very pleasant and the car runs great 4+ years later. \r \r I was looking for an inexpensive car for my sister, a few months before and had talked to Jim. He indicated that they did do salvage repair, and if I were interested I could get a repaired vehicle far cheaper than the same vehicle used. Since I am not mechanically inclined, and we were still talking about an $8,000 price tag, I decided not to. It was however no secret.\r \r You get what you pay for. If it seems like a really good deal, there's probably a catch. Buyer beware. more

Shady business, do not go here. I 1/18/2012

Shady business, do not go here. I called ahead to see if a car I saw advertised online was still available. It was, so I went there, took a test drive, and ended up loving the car. After the test drive I went inside and asked if he had a Carfax report or any kind of history on the car? He said no and that he had just purchased it and has the title but knows no other info on the car. He said that he had nothing to hide and we could negotiate a slightly lower price. I told him I needed to think about it and would return the next day. Once I got home, I went online, purchased the Carfax, only to learn this- the car started as a rental from Florida, followed by 2 other owners. The first owner got the car in a minor car crash (no biggie)......the second owner completely totaled the car!!!! The $35 Carfax I purchased quoted the car at a ""Total Loss Vehicle"". Thank you, Geno, for trying to scam me...I'm sure you knew nothing about the car before you purchased it. You also so kindly ensured ""you had nothing to hide"". Great way to run a business more

I am not sure why the last person had so many problems. I have had nothing but good luck there and not only gotten all of my cars from there, but have sent many of friends and family members there too. Every employee was willing to help with any question I have had. I will definitely go back to them in the future!! Pros: cheapest prices around for quality cars more

Horrible Frankinstein Cars....DO NOT BUY HERE!!! 11/4/2009

Do not buy any car here at this ma and pop dealership. I purchased a car from Wyss Auto about a year ago, when i was looking at cars there i was told to get a chevy colbalt because i would be able to get a very good price on it becuase there were so many at the dealership at that given time. So i decided to purchase a chevy colbalt. I was told that the car had been in a little fender bender and that it had just effected the body of the car not any internal parts of the vechicle....WRONG LIE!!! My car was in such a horrific accident that the entire frame of my car had been rebuilt. So i contacted chevy to see if i could purchase a warranty for my vechicle and chevy told me that my car had a warranty BLOCK and that i would NEVER be able to warranty my vechicle!! I took my car into a dealership to have a simple part replaced such as a wheel baring and was told that my car was put together with parts that werent even made for my car! Needless to say something that is so simple to be fixed is costing me hundreds of dollars!!! Do not buy from here unless you want to throw your money down the toliet!!!!!! Cons: All cars in this lot are salvaged and worth nothing..BEWARE! more

Very poor customer service. 11/10/2008

Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I thought they were supposed to come to you, not the other way around. We actually had to go INSIDE the office to get someone's attention - Even though some woman kept looking at us out the window. We were about to leave, but decided instead to go in and see where everyone was - We actually thought the place was close. We wanted to check out an SUV that we found online. The guy was on the phone, and the woman was laying across their couch and asked US to find the key to the SUV on their key pegboard because she couldn't find it. The SUV whined and groaned and looked very worse for wear. It DID have a dvd player, pointed out by the large hole in the roof that they didn't bother to repair. Not a good experience. more
