This particular party wanted " Sweet Tea" I made it special. Not to Mention they all needed separate checks. And yes there where not many people in the restaurant but, are bar was full. The late guests orders where given minutes before and the reason for the length of time was due to the fact that they asked to have them boxed up. If you need to be somewhere show up on time. Steaks are meant to be cook at certain temperatures, if you exceed these temperatures the meat becomes tough. These individuals ordered a steak well done enough said. Don't hesitate to give Bridges a try! The food is excellent and we just started a new menu featuring the " Tastes of the Laurel Highlands." Pros: Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Attitudes, Great Service Cons: Hidden In A Hotel Lobby more

Horrible Customer Service 4/23/2008

Friends and I decided to eat at Bridges because it was close to the Peterson Event Center (we were attending an event there). However, we make a big mistake! The service was slow and most of the party did not enjoy their food (from pizza to steak). We were all charged an 18% gratuity and were charged for iced tea that many of us did not order. We questioned the waiter about why those that did not order iced tea were being charged for it and his comment was "...well I made pitchers of ice tea for your party and so everyone has to be charged for it even if they did not drink any" Pros: Nothing Cons: Poor customer service more
