Elizabeth is a very friendly guess service personal. She helped us out getting around San Diego area n things to do out here. My room was very clean n staff was very friendly. The hotel was around pretty much everything u need food n entertainment more

I stay at this hotel frequently because of how the staff treats me Jason Nichols is a supervisor at the front desk and he has gone beyond any of his duties to make sure I've been satisfied and I appreciate him and I appreciate the staff and that's one of the reasons I come back here I recommend this hotel to everybody it's very nice its in a nice area close to food and like I said the staff is great more

We reserved a block of rooms approx. 25 for our annual Christmas party. The rooms were great and staff was above the board. This is the 3rd year we have had this event at the hotel and will be back next year. more

I was very pleased with the service and friendly attitude of the staff at this hotel. From my first greeting, check in, to the wait staff in the restaurant, and the helpfulness of the cleaning staff. Everyone was great!\r The hotel itself has a good location for branching out to most all sections of San Diego. \r The junior suite made my stay feel more like home and was pretty well set up. I would have preferred the sink and restroom together, but that is minor and probably just my preference. \r I always enjoy a nice pool and spa, which was well maintained more

They were wonderful to us here. We came into town for my birthday and they upgraded us to the Executive Suite and we had a fabulous time!! It was close enough to walk to a lot of places and the room was spacious and well maintained. The comedy show in the bar was a little disappointing but worth a try! more

Before I went to this hotel i checked out the review and was not impressed at all. But boy was i wrong, the front desk associate Ramona was so kind for the beginning. She upgraded our stay to a suite without me even mentioning anything to her. She and her staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would 110% recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. more

Hotel was very convenient to sports arena. We walked to the concert. The staff was friendly. It wasn't dirty. Had a refrigerator and microwave, which is excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Separate room with couch and tv which was also great. more

We stayed here in October 2015, the rooms were nice and clean and the pool/bar area was great. The location is good for exploring the San Diego area but required transport to most tourist locations. Staff were helpful and the 24hr restaurant is very handy! Would stay again due to the great value. more

his hotel was a nice option. We stayed in the junior suite and it was a nice room. It accommodated our entire family and the room was clean and we had no issues with any part of the hotel. The only complaint was that parking filled up fast and sometimes we had to walk a little farther to our room. more

It was a good stay, what I didn't like is that the parking is really weird and spread out over multiple buildings. The charge was $10 for parking. The parking that night was bad, there were a few RV's that were there parked across a lot of parking spaces. After we came back from dinner most spaces were taken up and had to park a bit farther away from our room.\r Other than the parking situation, I though the room was clean and very quiet. Also the room was cold coming in! All the other hotels we go its warm and stuffy and have to wait fornthe A/C to come up to temp. This room was already comfy. We had a good night's sleep.\r The girl at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Even though there were multiple buldings, her instructions on how to get to the room were spot on. We had no trouble getting there. Checkout was also painless. more
