Renting my place from them has been nice. They take care of things and answer phone calls. They are good with maintenance and keep this place in great shape, thats great for me!

They were kind and patient while we were looking for a place and have been great even after the move in. They sent a very professional handyman to repair a few things that came up. They have been great and we think we will be happy here for a long time. more

I have had a rental property in Riverside for almost 10 years now. I had been taking care of the property on my own, but it became more difficult to keep my home rented out to decent people (not someone that would trash the place). I finally buckled down and hired Wright Realty Group to manage the property for me, and I tell you what.... I wish I hired them years ago. The minimal involvement is so relieving, and the quality of tenants they have rented my home to have been outstanding. I recommend Wright Realty to anyone in need of their services, especially property management. more

Nothing comes up that these guys cant take care of. They are great managers that have taken the responsibility and stress out of the ownership of the rental. They make it a care free income property like it should be. more

This is the Wright place for management. They have kept my unit filled all but 8 days in over a year! They have taken care of many of the responsibilities like I would if I was still doing them. The cost of hiring management is well worth the peace of mind ease of ownership. more
