stay away!!!! 11/21/2013

too bad you can't go lower than 1 star! many of your reviews are exactly on the money!!! I went to this school in 95 and share this same opinion. staff changes quicker than i can heat popcorn in the microwave and im not talking admissions or front desk.i called yesterday too find out about a transcript and the girl said she couldnt find a record of me but today found my name....i was like oh ya 13,000 !!!! it's horrible the way you are treated there or the secrets them walls hold. i can't advice anyone to go there.....by no means more

Terrible School 11/20/2013

Please take this advice Wright Career College is a scam. They are nothing but predators that take advantage of the poor the government needs to stop this kind of garbage before it bankrupts us all the programs are nothing but a waste of time and tax payer money shut this school down before it ruins anymore peoples dreams!! Any of these people that give this school a good review probably work for them and that you can probably Take to the bank. more

Great School 8/22/2013

They don't let you rate this business with less than 1 star so let's just say this is a great school if you want a degree without doing anything. Then you can not even get a job at McDonalds because since you have a degree you are over=qualified. Their career services prints jobs of of craigslist and tell you it is a great lead they dug up. Most of the instructors are first time and willing to give honor roll status for sexual favors. The books they sell you for class are marked up 150% and stamped with wright career college on it so nobody will buy them not even goodwill will take them. If you want to pay 15,000 or 16,000 to get laid once or twice a week more power to you. more

Worthless school 4/15/2012

I was charged $13,000 for what I could have taught myself. I obtained a Professional Administrative Assistant diploma. not a degree. This was in 2004. The school is disorganized as hell and the instructors changed frequently. They charge students for books and the price is very steep for minor learning. Wright Business school do not take old books so you can't sell these books to get your money back. After I graduated, I could not get a job anywhere except Wal-mart. The diploma was worthless. I recommend that people attend a community college or do research on overprice schools such as these before attending. more

stupid 1/17/2011

I dont really wanna say this but everything people are saying is true they switch directors like they switch they draws. The teacher dont even show you what you got on your test or homework. They can be lying on your grades for all we know they loose people paperwork. They purposely make u fail because they are so unorganized. I really want to investigate especially on financial aide they can't stand answering quetions that u ask about your money that u gotta pay back. I wish I would've invetigated along time ago. If anybody know a number I can call to report this wrong career no knowledge please let me know through these messages. more

Learner of all things 10/13/2010

People are really unfair here. It's a great school with caring administrators. Alot has changed since the beginning of 2010. They have a new state-of-the-art fitness center. Even though some of the teachers are retired or previous school teachers, they don''t act that way. They truly love what they do and excel at it. You'll find a bad apple in anywhere you go. But most are extremely caring and compassionate. People like to blame others for their lack of learning rather than being accountable for their efforts at getting the most out of school. The smokers are not in the front anymore...much to be proud of and excel in. more

RUN THE OTHER WAY! 6/20/2010

UGGHH!! This school is a crock.. they have you expect a career in what they are teaching ( or lack of teaching ) you but three of my friends and I decided to go.. we completed and none of us are working in the field we were taught because no one wants to hire someone from an irreputable school. I say if you are smarter than we were you would attend the community college, atleast you know that they are accredited and the tuition is 10 times less the tuition at Wright. Wright is definelty WRONG! more

Wright Business School: Yesterday's Technology at Tomorrow's Price! 5/3/2007

I recently completed the Medical Assisting program at Wright Business School. This school was both a waste of time and money. Not a single person that I graduated with said they were happy with the school, in fact they all agreed that they would warn people away!\r \r The school itself is badly in need of repair, and infested with water bugs and cockroaches. It is rarely cleaned, if at all, and generally looks grungy. You have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in during breaks because all of the smokers gather at the front of the building, and the ground is littered with cigarette butts. The computers are old, rarely work and break down ALL the time. The Medical Lab's equipment is dated. All of the tests are poorly written, with many grammatical errors, silly out of place questions and wrong answers. \r \r From the very beginning, the recruiters lied and were way out of touch with what really goes on and were EXTREMELY pushy. Some students were told that they would receive two pairs more

Dont't go to this school 4/8/2007

NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR. i went to this school and it is a waste of time and money. yes they are very pushy and all they want is your money. the teachers in the medical classes were clueless. they could not help on the majority of students questions. and the most of the students who got jobs when they graduated got jobs as nurse assistants in nursing homes. you can become a nurse assistant for far less than what they charge for the medical assisting classes there. i had an interview to speak with one of the representatives and they called my house for days to remind me i was supposed to come in. RUN DON'T WALK! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL! more

Vocational school 12/1/2005

I went to this school for information management (computer software). They offer a wide varity of subjects to learn, all white collar jobs (office type jobs). The staff/teachers were very nice and treated you like a person. They do tend to be pushy at the beginning though. They do help you find a job and teach you how to interview. However, the stuff I learned really didn't help me much. Other than it did get me in the door for interviews. I'm not sure if I would reccomend it or not, I just say go in with your eyes wide open. Make sure to ask lots of questions and look around at different schools. more

Pushy 11/21/2005

I called this school for information before I started college and they were vague with information over the phone. I couldn't get hardly any information over the phone. They kept trying to get me to come in and enroll. They also called my home several times a week and even sent several letters. As a matter of a fact, it's been a year since I called and they are still calling and sending letters. My advice is to stay clear of them. It seems they are more interested in money. more
