Even German Vehicles 4/13/2014

Took care of my situation 4/5/2014

I dropped by to see about getting a flat tire looked at to see if it was repairable. I was prepared to leave it, but they got right on it, made the assessment, deemed it repairable, fixed it, and had me on my way. How many repair places, if you go in wondering if your tire is repairable, come right out and go with your suspicion that it is not repairable and they have you buying a new tire ?? Wright's did not do that. I knew it was borderline repairable, but they almost took it as a challenge to see if they could repair it AND repair it right. Huge Kudo's to Wright's Automotive. Thank you. more

Fair and honest. 4/3/2014

Third vehicle I have had in to be repaired. No surprises. They tell you exactly what needs to be done, and how much it will cost. One job ended just barely over the quoted price, and one came in under. While I was in there, I saw him check something out on another clients vehicle, and tell him he did not need an expensive service the client was willing to pay for. Not a lot of that in the car repair industry. I have found my service center in the Northland. It's worth the drive! Steve Frazier, Smithville, MO more

They have always treated my familywith honesty when it comes to repairs.. They will not do anything that they don't believe needs done and only then after they have talked to you and gotten your OK. more

Recent brake repair and tire purchase. 3/22/2014

I value their input as to which tires or repair parts fit my needs the best. They have always been up front with the costs of their services and estimates are often for more than they end up actually charging. I don't like surprises. more

Went in for an oil change, which are always thorough and make me feel safe in my car afterward, and received info on my rotors and brakes. Thanks for taking such great care of my car, and therefore my family! Bunch of nice people who do great work every time! more
