Dont let your or your spouses dream and enthusiasm for a new kitchen or bathroom get you sucked into this carnival shell game of now you see it, now you dont. You will not get what you asked for, or what is being explained to you. Its all an illusion, smoke and mirrors, diversions and excuses. It just cant be your way because they just dont know how. Expect endless stipulations and restrictions regarding where you select your materials and what you select. Everything must be paid for in advance and stored in your home before ANY work begins. Your families inconvenience is the least of their concern. As the project unfolds the scope, cost, and time required to complete your job will increase dramatically in small increments, few hundred here, few days more there. Its all in their plan. Bottom line, you will pay 20%-50% more than the amount of your signed contract (they know the word addendum very well) and the two weeks after the cabinets are delivered will turn into months (conservatively 5 months) . Variations or modifications to the original plan (they intentionally leave things out) will cost you time and money. They lack professionalism; workmanship is poor and craftsman skills? I bet they dont know how to spell the word. The installation process is a lengthy fiasco filled with a multitude of measurement errors, misjudgments, misalignments, miscommunication, and scheduling errors. Send in the clowns should be the sound bed because the clowns have arrived. The installers are completely incompetent, inexperienced, befuddled and bewildered. The right hand doesnt know or care what the left hand is doing and will criticize and blame other team members for mistakes. This slap stick comedy show of errors will be produced by, are you ready? A self proclaimed Project Manager This loud mouth know it all ignoramus does not know the basics of Project Management. His workers laugh at him behind his back. An excessive amount of work time will be wasted on do overs or fixing his shortcut errors. To add insult to injury, you will not get the kitchen or bathroom you dreamt about. You will get a out of the box cookie cutter world trash design put together by people that dont read plans because we know the plan but, grab it frantically when things go wrong to make it fit.. . Moe, Larry and Shemp (Curly will cost you an additional $250.00) can do a better job and they are dead. Workers have no direction, walk in circles and literally trip over each other. When perplexed, they go to lunch come back 3 hours later and rush through. I strongly urge you to avoid this company and, based on word of mouth, expect them to be out of business soon. It is essentially a vocational cabinetry and bathroom design school for the mentally challenged run by a lost boy. You will regret the day you walked in... Your dream of a new kitchen or bathroom will turn into a never ending nightmare of heartaches, headaches, disappointments and frustration. When you drive by World Trash and see the toilets in the window, know that this is a real sh!t house. The adjectives ""World Class"" define a level of quality and service.
