They Care 3/7/2013

I have used A couple Vets,since moving to Oklahoma in 1999.... this is one of the better facilities....In fact I think the services are better than some of the human medical services I have received...They are all seriously involved with your pet's well being!\r They have even allowed me to split up the bill so I could afford treatments ..because they care more about your pet than your money ! more

HIGHLY recommended 9/23/2011

I recently got my first puppy and was researching several vets online. I called Woodland Trails first and the receptionist was VERY helpful and carefully explained the details of puppy shots and how much each visit would cost. I called several other vets and the receptionists were MUCH less helpful and oftentimes rude. When I came to Woodland Trails, Dr. Morey held my dog and talked sweetly to her before examining her. They followed up a few days later with a phone call, and I was able to speak directly to Dr. Morey. She gave me advice over the phone without requiring that I make another appointment to ask my questions. I also received a handwritten note in the mail following my appointment. I HIGHLY recommend Woodland Trails and their exceptional staff. more

Good price, Terrible Customer Service 7/1/2011

Price is OK, but boarded animals are not well tended to. Our dog was left in her walking harness for some reason and ended up chewing it off of herself. Woodland Trails staff refused to reimburse us for something that was clearly their fault. We have also had another experience where she was not given her treats or several days worth of food (which we know because they sent it all home with her). Once we went for a Sunday animal pick-up and were allowed to stroll in and grab our own dog and her bag without so much as a batted-eye by the attendant. Anyone could have walked in there! So basically, board your dog here if price is a factor, but only if you want your pet overlooked and under-cared for (and possibly kidnapped). more

Excellent Vet and Animal Hospital 11/29/2005

We have used Woodland Trails Animal Hospital for the past 4 years for our dog. Dr. Morey and her staff are friendly, competent, caring, and a pleasure to do business with whenever our dog needs her annual check-up or has an illness and needs treatment. They know our dog's name as soon as I give them my name on the phone and immediately ask how she is doing. It is easy to get a convenient appointment and whenever there is an emergency or unexpected visit needed, they are always ready to help. We appreciate the caring, compassionate way in which they treat us and our pet. PROS: Competent, reliable, caring, friendly CONS: none more

Excellent vet 11/12/2005

I have used Woodland Trails for several years and have been very pleased with their caring and compassionate service. They are very family oriented and a great place to take my pets. Convenient location with lots of parking. They also offering grooming and kennels services if needed. more

Kind, Caring and Competent 11/11/2005

We had to bring our dogs here shortly after we arrived to town because they were very ill. Our dogs were seen right away, which we really appreciated. Also, when my dog needed a refill on a prescription drug prescribed by a vet in another state, they did not require me to bring her in for an examination. They called the other vet to confirm and then filled the prescription, which was so nice. As long as we live in this area I will be using their services. more
