Wonder Wash

Worst car wash in sc they are slow quality is low but yet they are more expensive than the best express car wash which would be cactus ! I have been to wonder wash twice first time my truck was still dirty when they finished they told me that was not their problem they did what they had to do ! So I called and talked to manager and she gave me a free wash whenever so of course I gave them a second chance .which was a mistake they scratched a huge area on the passenger side and the kid that drove it to the back looked like he had just got his learners permit and he was driving it way too fast and when he parked it he raced the motor.its a group of clowns doing circus tricks there.plz do not waste ur hard earned money on a place that could careless about the quality of ur wash or if you come back more

All around crappy job.while oakbrook doesnt look like it they did a far better job.would not recommend.you will be disappointed.i took my car to oakbrook 10 minutes after i left and they spent 25 minutes cleaning it.if it was cleaned at wonder wash why was it still dirty.i told the young man after he finished that i just had it done by wonder wash less than a hour ago.he didnt believe me until i showed him the receipt.unbelievable!! service is great. i was trying to sell a car and had found a buyer, but needed to get the car cleaned. the guy was coming first thing in the morning, but it was getting late. I drove around trying to find a place that wasn't closed, but to no avail. Then I spotted Wonder Wash. I pulled in but they were closing up. I drove up to a few of there people cleaning up and told them my problem. To my amazement they opened everything back up for me and did a superb job cleaning my vehicle. I mentioned that I wish I had been able to get it detailed; and then they amazed me again. The popped the hood and detailed the motor cleaned my leather and did a quick waxing on the car. These guys are great. The buyer said the car looked and smelled like it had just come from the factory. Job well done. I have been back there many times now and have never had a problem. The only problem I could find are the annoying people trying to rush. If you only have five minutes then go home and wash it yourself, but don't you blame them for anything if all you're trying to do is get in and get out. Go to a jack flash you whiners. I travel on Dorchester all the time, unfortunately mostly during rush hour. One of those days afforded my discovering Wonder Wash. What a great find! From the moment I drove my car in until the time I left the service was wonderful. The staff was helpful and they did such a great job on my car. Tough task since I cannot remember the last time I had taken my car to be washed. The owner came out and made sure everything was just so. Don?t wait to be stuck in traffic to visit them. more

We take our vehicles to Wonder Wash almost weekly because they treat us like family. The owners are always on site and don't let me leave without checking to make sure that I'm satisfied. I've had everything from washes to details to window tinting done there and wouldn't let anyone else other than Wonder Wash do that work for me. Took my sequoia there someone pushed the button for the back window .flooded though they did vacuum and shampoo the carpet.wash job was awful.i decided to give them another chance .took my Camry there they broke my cup holder had to argue like heck trash still in it lid was closed was open when i got my drink out of it denied they did it. guy said they would pay for it trying to contact him now .if they don't Pros: Counter lady was nice Cons: two times to different vehichles same result problems more

Against my better judgement I went back to wonder wash today. In the past I have had the tint company which works in thier facilty screw up my back window and every car wash I have had done by them has come out with greasy windows and shiny dirt inside the car. Today was the icing on the cake, I got in my car after it was done to find they have the ability to make dirt shine and stick in the car laced with hair and they used some type of caustic chemical on the center pedestal that ate away the shiny finish and left a wipe mark of scoured plastic. I talked to the manager and she told me they don't use any chemicals and just said, ""SORRY""! Now I have to live with it! DO NOT GOT TO WONDER WASH ON DORCEHSTER ROAD IN NORTH CHARLESTON!!! THEY DON'T CARE AND IT SHOWS INT HE PRODUCT THE PUT OUT AS CLEAN! Gentleman broke our mini-van's door and told us that's what we get for buying a loaded car. We were leaving for vacation the next day. My husband came from work to get the baby and we drove the car with one van door open the entire way to the dealership. Car wash could have cared less about the inconvenience. Called manager, but he was out of town. Never called us back after we had left numerous messages. Even went back to the carwash to talk to him, he stlll never called us. Thank goodness the car dealship fixed the door and classified it as under warranty. The dealership did not have to do this as the car wash broke the van door. more
