I started in September 2012 and up to this point I've lost 42 lbs and 13% body fat. I would highly recommend the bootcamp to people. I've actually referred 7 or 8 girls to Bootcamp and they all told me the same thing- they love it and it's been a life-changing experience for them. It's been a life-changing experience for me as well. I started being able to compete in 5k's, in mud runs, being able to do things I never thought possible within myself. I made a lot of friends here, that I feel like I'll be friends with for a very long time, even past Bootcamp. We compete together, but not against each other. We make sure to always motivate one another. We compete together in the mud runs, we push one another, and it's just a family environment. It's very motivating. It's not just about losing the weight, or about trying to gain the muscle. Obviously that your motivation, but it's about changing your entire lifestyle, changing your food habits, changing it for the better of yourself. I'm very appreciative of everything that WOFB has done for me. I've tried a lot of different bootcamps, a lot of different gyms, a lot of different types of exercises. This is really the one place that changed my life, changed the way that I think about nutrition, the way I think about exercising, and it really has been a very big part of my life. Even when I'm not at Bootcamp, the days that I'm not here, I make sure that I stay active, stay on my meal plan, continue everything that I've learned here. Just because I'm not at Bootcamp, it doesn't mean that I shouldn't change my lifestyle, and they have really been the ones that changed me how to do that in the best way possible, for my body. They take the time to sit down with you, go through meal plans with you that's specifically targeted for you. All the instructors here are motivating. They try to push you, they don't care if you are what you weigh, they try to motivate you the exact same way and they try to push you the same way.
