I continue to be extremely impressed by the class with which you lead this dealership. I have been a customer there since 1971, when the dealership was owned by J.R. Townsend. Though fairly satisfied with their management, I must say that it could not compare with what you have done and continue to accomplish.It is apparent that you use great judgment in selecting your employees,and also that they are happy. In our extensive travels throughout the country, Marianne and I have visited many Lincoln and Ford dealerships for service, but we have never encountered one, where the staff is so friendly and efficient, nor where the aesthetic appeal of the premises is so pleasing to the eye. I told Scott recently that I think Ford Motor Company should hire you to teach other dealers the many ""ins and outs"" that have helped you become successful and build your business. We wish you many more years of making clients happy at Witt, and we assure you that we would not wish to do business elsewhere. We love knowing that you truly work together as a family. Having witnessed this on many occasions, we know it's not just a matter of speech!
