I scheduled my appointment on the internet and was able to get in the next day. Work was done as quickly as can be expected and everything was explained well.

Worst

Didn't punch my oil change card and didn't do it later when I complained.

My Sante Fe was a lemon. You would not believe me so I traded it in for a Subaru. I will never own another Hyundai and I will not recommend one to my friends. more

Good staff, good maintenance service. But, the Hyundai Azera has significant brake problems and Withnell did not improve that situation. Therefore, when we buy a new car next Spring, it will NOT be a Hyundai. more

There's nothing regular about an oil change here 11/19/2013

I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is extremely helpful. A regular oil change is not just a slap get her done, my car and I are treated to extraordinary kindness and service every time I go in. I recommend this particular Hyundai sales and service every chance I get. If I could have more Hyundai's I would they are a great vehicle and having a wonderful place to take it for any repairs or service that is needed is quite an added bonus. more

I bought my 2007 Hyundai Sonata new from Withnell and have enjoyed driving it ever since. Hyundai makes a good product and Withnell has been very good to deal with. more

We bought our car from Crystal and she was a dream to deal with. Jason the service adviser does a great job advising service without jamming it down your throat. Free wifi in the customer lounge as well. more
