worst company ever . It is terrible that you don't have a choice and have to use them. They refuse to hook up power to a new house. Because we will not allow them to tear up the yard and not be responsible for the damage. Work that should of been done months ago before house and yard was done . They are so horrible at there job that a house can be built quicker than they can set 1 pole . Very poorly run . more

Long relationship 10/17/2018

Have been a client since 1992 and are moving. Throughout that time their service has been prompt and excellent. There have been many occasions when Florida Power/Duke has gone down in the area while our service has remained up. And that was through many storms...a few of them hurricanes. Also very community minded. My son received a scholarship for college from their organization. Overall very pleased. more

Hope all days are sunny so that your power does go out & HORRIBLE customer service 2/11/2016

Well this company DOES service my area and often has blackouts and issues during storms ( and at times not even considered a storm, just "rain"!) Does not offer discounts for industry/services such as TECO and has HORRIBLE consumer services I have paid my bill w/out disruption for 5 yrs. I attempted to pay online via check to set up autopay (and although it said it went through and I have plenty of other services automated/ checks used thru this account) they returned it with a fee I tried to explain and ask to waive they fee. No,... you'll have to contact your bank ..clearly not skilled in active listening or customer understanding Unfortunately cant avoid using them unless I move! more

Community Minded 4/2/2006

This company does not service my area, however, I have seen them over the years, serve the community. Not only do they put on a light display on their grounds at Christmas for the whole Gulf to Lake Highway to see, but they also contribute to scouting. When my daughter worked on her Venturing Gold Award, she received much needed help with cherry picker trucks to install two telephone polls for a large banner at our Scout-A-Rama program last spring. This was a big burden off of her. This task was not simple and required skilled laborers and safety precautions. Awesome job. We thank Withlacoochee Electric for making life a little easier. more
