I've been a costumer of Wishing Well Medical for a long time and I absoslutely love the service they offer! They are really nice and courteous individuals who go out of their way to help you with your needs. In regards to the previous comment, I don't necessarily see a 3-Day return policy as an issue considering I wouldn't feel comfortable purchasing an item that could have potentially been worn/used for the past 7 days from the original purchase!! Think about the hygenic purposes, would you want to purchase a product that was in use for 7 days? I think not. more

DON'T BUY FROM HERE - POOR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY!! The store only offers a 3-day return/exchange policy. What a joke!!! You might as well say ""All Sales Final"" Most reputable stores offer at least a 7day return/exchange policy. more

Medical equipment rentals 7/6/2011

My mother has difficulty getting up from where she is sitting and when she is laying down.\r My aunt recommended Wishing Well. I went in with the thought that I was going to end up buying something and my mom might not even like it. \r Well this place rents Hospital Beds which is great! my mom tried it for a week and loved it, so I bought it. Later I rented a Lift chair which I ended up buying it also because my mom liked it so much that now she naps on it and it helps her get up so easily. more

Run in the opposite direction! 12/14/2010

As an in-home Physical Therapist, I know all the store similar to this one and THIS ONE IS THE WORST. It's a family owned business, which could be goood, but- in this case-sucks because there is no one to complain to. The owner, Don is strange and has ZERO sense of keeping his word re: delivery, price, timing, repairs, etc. All the employees are strange and no one knows what the other is doing. It's smelly, creepy and gross in there. Go anywhere else but here...you'll be glad you did. \r more
