PLEASE, take my advise..DO NOT go to this Verizon Franchise! It is NOT a corporate Verizone so they can basically ""make their own rules."" Bought an iphone that does not work and they will NOT let me return it for a new one. contacted verizon corporate and unfortunately, they cant help me because i did not buy the phone at a corporate location. TERRIBLE customer service...HORRIBLE!! Do not go to this location! If I could rate it zero stars, I would!
