Worst

They dont care about any of their customers...They talk you up like they are going to take care of you for life and when the real problems come in they act like they cant help... ...

Great Place to Buy a Cell Phone 11/17/2009

I was looking for a new phone so I stopped into Wireless Toyz as they were recommended by a friend. A friendly guy greeted me immediately and helped me pick the phone and carrier that was best for my needs. They asked me questions and then recommended a carrier for me. I liked it because they carry pretty much everyone, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, Cricket, Boost and maybe others. After I bought the phone I received a follow up call asking if I was happy with the phone and service which was great! I got my first bill and had questions also so I stopped in and they answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Wireless Toyz. It was a great experience! Wireless Toyz in MISSOURI 6/12/2009

They dont care about any of their customers...They talk you up like they are going to take care of you for life and when the real problems come in they act like they cant help... They will always send you somewhere else if you have a problem but of course if you want to buy something they will sell you a POS accessory and send you on your way! They are REALLY unorganized and never know whats going on with the new promotions for carriers...Half the time you could tell the rep whats going on in the cell phone world more than they can..take it from me, it is not a GREAT experience going into a Wireless Toyz in Missouri... Pros: You may or may not get your phone that day! Cons: Everything. more
