WIRED LOFTS ARE SHADY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to live and went to visit Wired Lofts. We fell in love with place and made a deposit. Upon returning home, we read TERRIBLE reviews about Wired Lofts. We withdrew our application with THREE hours of applying before we were told we were approved. Wired Lofts had no business tampering with my bank account and stole $200 from me. I threatened to sue them with our family lawyer and she agreed to refund the deposit. They NEVER did and lied that they refunded the deposit. The owners of Wired Lofts are miserable people and will cheat you if give the opportunity. They scam artists and scum. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE MISTAKE OF GETTING INVOLVED WITH THEM. more

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Wired Lofts. We only moved because we got a great deal on a house in the area, but we will miss it! The design is cool, and the neighbors were quiet and nice. Hard to ask for anything more! more

We absolutely love living here. We have lived here for over a year now and enjoy it. Our neighbors are great, and the complex is very quiet. The neighborhood is not necessarily the best ever, but there are definitely much worse neighborhoods. And someone mentioned below about people coming into the apartment without notice, but we have never had that. They have always called first and have taken good care of us. more

I lived there for almost a year. Concierge service- If ""concierge"" means coming in your apartment and SNOOPING when you are gone WITHOUT giving the required by law 24 hour notice before entering the property then they have it! Terry (manager) even called me on my cell phone to tell me how cute my cats were and how she was keeping them company one day when I was gone. These people lie and cheat you out of money. They try to take all your deposit and charge you for ridiculous things. Management is terrible and slow and talk about other tenants behind their backs. This place is in the middle of the GHETTO and right next to some low-income housing. Section 8. I got mugged by a african american with a gun while i was jogging with my dog. And my apartment building got robbed while I was gone. DANGEROUS AREA! I had no idea she was even in my apartment. more
