I had been having my lashes done for a year before I found Winx. I called because I was tired of paying to have my lashes done EVERY week, to keep them looking good. I called WInx and had a phone consultation with Sabrina, she was very nice and knowledgable. She even had an appointment available for the following day, as someone had just cancelled their appointment. I went in the next day and it was a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Sabrina made me feel right at home, I opted for a mixture of mink and faux mink, my results were AMAZING. My husband is in love, needless to say he gave me the green light to see her every 4-6 weeks.
