I have not had the best luck with this storage facility. My furs were returned flattened as if there were too many packed together to tightly. The ease of retrieving is not their strong suite either as there is a long lag between requesting your fur and them having it available. I've even tried asking that they make it available by a certain date and they were unwilling to accommodate. I am only slightly tempted to try once more because I live close by. If there was a better alternative I would use them. more
