These guys are very dishonest, unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them, which they lied to us and the bank about the down payment. The car had also been in a serious collision before which they failed to let us know. they called us back saying we needed more down even when they told us we were approved and let us take the car home. When we couldnt make the rest of the payment they didnt want to refund our money. BAD FOR BUSINESS. They are liars and scams. Please do not do business there, they truly make the car buying experience an unpleasant one. The owner, (RAMI) told me to see him in court. They do not have their customer's well-being at heart. They just want to make a quick buck at ANY cost. more

Don?t buy a car from this dealership. If you can even call it one. They sold me a truck last year after telling me it had a clear car fax and I even asked the salesmen has this been in a accident why are you selling it for 5K less than anywhere else. He said that?s what we do here at Winter Park Auto mall. Right you rip people off. I asked for a Car fax and you said I would have to pay for it but that you work on the trust system. You guys should be on the car ?fox commercials. I went to trade my truck in and the real dealership ran a car fax on my trade (Reputable places do this for FREE) and my truck which I was told was not a rental or in an accident was both. 4 accidents to be exact. The front end had totally been replace the frame was bent. My family could have been injured in a accident because of this place. Warning You get what you pay for I guess don?t let low prices comprise your safety stay away from these losers and their hole in the wall dealership. more

i purchased a bmw 3 series from Winter Park Auto Mall and was very satisfied with the whole sales process there. The car had a couple minor scratches which the dealer agreed to fix and they did! Pros: no hassle dealings more

I bought a car from here three months ago.It had a small dent in the front and a scratch on the back. Which they said if I brought back it would be fixed.I was told that it came with a 90 day warranty and I also purchased an extended warranty. Well all that changed two weeks after I bought the car! I brought it back to have the dent and scratch fixed along with a leaking tire and a noise coming from the engine. They told me the noise was the timing belt, but they did not purchase the 90 day warranty, so I would have to pay the deductible to fix and it would take a week. They gave me a ""loaner"" car, which was a car for sale they pulled off the lot. Well, in one week the loaner car (which they were selling) had the transmission completely go. When I picked up my car the noise was still there with the service light still on, tire still leaking and no fixed dent or scratch. Needless to say they did nothing! I wish I would have gone somewhere else. They are liars and scammers! I feel sorry for the person who buys the ""loaner"" car. Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more

becareful of these scammers. Our truck itself is wonderful, but they forced us to buy the Gap insurance policy when we said we did not want it. Turns out we needed it, and they never actually started the policy, just took the money for it. Our deal has conviently been lost and we are taking them to court for fraud. Truck really is wonderful to, just not their fianace manager. Pros: truck is nice Cons: They stole $600 and lost the paperwork. Luckily we have ours and are taking them to court. more
